Privacy policy

Oxy Services Corp. ("we") operates this website. This page explains what personal information we collect through it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address and message you enter. We do not ask for anything else, and the website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

We use what you send only to read your inquiry and reply to you. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the spam check on the contact form. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to do this.
• Google stores contact form messages in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only we can open.

These providers may process information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship with you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form.
